Warehouse hiring event in Fresno this week - any advice?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Fresno, with day and night shifts. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Has anyone worked there?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
