Warehouse hiring event in Fresno this week - 5 weeks in

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Fresno, with day and night shifts. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
