Warehouse hiring event in Detroit this week (update)

A logistics company in Detroit is adding people before the busy season. It has been weighing on me all week. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
