Warehouse hiring event in Detroit this week - any advice?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Detroit, with day and night shifts. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
