Warehouse hiring event in Detroit this week after 14 years as a quality inspector

A logistics company in Detroit is adding people before the busy season. It has been weighing on me all week. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
