Warehouse hiring event in Detroit this week - 6 months and counting

A logistics company in Detroit is adding people before the busy season. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
