Warehouse hiring event in Denver this week - 18 weeks in

A distribution centre near Denver is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
