Warehouse hiring event in Dallas this week - what worked for you?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Dallas, with day and night shifts. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
