Warehouse hiring event in Dallas this week - any advice?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Dallas, with day and night shifts. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
