Warehouse hiring event in Dallas this week - 10 weeks in

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Dallas, with day and night shifts. I worked as an insurance claims processor before this. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?
