Warehouse hiring event in Columbus this week - what worked for you?

A logistics company in Columbus is adding people before the busy season. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
