Warehouse hiring event in Columbus this week - first time posting

A distribution centre near Columbus is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
