Warehouse hiring event in Columbus this week - 7 months and counting

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Columbus, with day and night shifts. I am in Columbus, in case local advice matters. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
