Warehouse hiring event in Columbus this week - 4 weeks in

A distribution centre near Columbus is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I worked as a recruiter before this. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
