Warehouse hiring event in Columbus this week - 18 weeks in

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Columbus, with day and night shifts. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Has anyone worked there?

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
