Warehouse hiring event in Cleveland this week - what worked for you?

A distribution centre near Cleveland is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. It has been weighing on me all week. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Has anyone worked there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
