Warehouse hiring event in Cleveland this week - what worked for you?

A distribution centre near Cleveland is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. Thank you in advance. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Do they hire temps first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
