Warehouse hiring event in Cleveland this week - first time posting

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Cleveland, with day and night shifts. It has been a long 13 weeks. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
