Warehouse hiring event in Cleveland this week (Cleveland)

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Cleveland, with day and night shifts. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
