Warehouse hiring event in Cleveland this week - 13 months and counting

A logistics company in Cleveland is adding people before the busy season. I do not usually post, so bear with me. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
