Warehouse hiring event in Cincinnati this week - what worked for you?

A distribution centre near Cincinnati is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
