Warehouse hiring event in Cincinnati this week, project coordinator here

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Cincinnati, with day and night shifts. Any experience at all would help. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?
