Warehouse hiring event in Cincinnati this week - first time posting

A distribution centre near Cincinnati is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. Any experience at all would help. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.
