Warehouse hiring event in Cincinnati this week - any advice?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Cincinnati, with day and night shifts. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
