Warehouse hiring event in Cincinnati this week - any advice?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Cincinnati, with day and night shifts. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
