Warehouse hiring event in Cincinnati this week after 14 years as a production planner

A logistics company in Cincinnati is adding people before the busy season. There are 14 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
