Warehouse hiring event in Chicago this week - 23 weeks in

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Chicago, with day and night shifts. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.
