Warehouse hiring event in Charlotte this week - what worked for you?

A logistics company in Charlotte is adding people before the busy season. I worked as a warehouse supervisor before this. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
