Warehouse hiring event in Charlotte this week - what worked for you?

A logistics company in Charlotte is adding people before the busy season. I am in Charlotte, in case local advice matters. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
