Warehouse hiring event in Charlotte this week - any advice?

Kira Okonkwo · 2026-09-11T23:31:28.906Z

A distribution centre near Charlotte is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. It has been weighing on me all week. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
