Warehouse hiring event in Charlotte this week after 4 years as a welding apprentice

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Charlotte, with day and night shifts. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
