Warehouse hiring event in Charlotte this week - 7 months and counting

Noah Nakamura · 2026-06-01T03:09:52.372Z

A logistics company in Charlotte is adding people before the busy season. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
