Warehouse hiring event in Buffalo this week - first time posting

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Buffalo, with day and night shifts. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Has anyone worked there?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
