Warehouse hiring event in Buffalo this week - any advice?

A distribution centre near Buffalo is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
