Warehouse hiring event in Buffalo this week after 10 years as a customer-service rep

A distribution centre near Buffalo is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. It has been a long 8 weeks. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
