Warehouse hiring event in Boston this week - what worked for you?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Boston, with day and night shifts. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Has anyone worked there?
