Warehouse hiring event in Boston this week

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Boston, with day and night shifts. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
