Warehouse hiring event in Boston this week - any advice?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Boston, with day and night shifts. Thank you in advance. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
