Warehouse hiring event in Boston this week after 14 years as a sales associate

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Boston, with day and night shifts. There are 14 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
