Warehouse hiring event in Boston this week after 12 years as a production planner

A logistics company in Boston is adding people before the busy season. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
