Warehouse hiring event in Boise this week - what worked for you?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Boise, with day and night shifts. I am in Boise, in case local advice matters. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
