Warehouse hiring event in Boise this week - what worked for you?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Boise, with day and night shifts. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
