Warehouse hiring event in Birmingham this week - first time posting

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Birmingham, with day and night shifts. I have been trying to stay organised about it. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Do they hire temps first?

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
