Warehouse hiring event in Birmingham this week - any advice?

A distribution centre near Birmingham is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
