Warehouse hiring event in Birmingham this week after 12 years as a teaching assistant

A distribution centre near Birmingham is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. It has been weighing on me all week. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?
