Warehouse hiring event in Baltimore this week - any advice?

A logistics company in Baltimore is adding people before the busy season. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
