Warehouse hiring event in Austin this week - first time posting

A distribution centre near Austin is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
