Warehouse hiring event in Austin this week (Austin)

A distribution centre near Austin is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. Any experience at all would help. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
