Union apprenticeship sign-ups near Tulsa - what worked for you?

The training centre near Tulsa opened applications for apprenticeships in electrical and welding trades. Any experience at all would help. Classes are in the evening and work is during the day. Did anyone go through it?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
