Union apprenticeship sign-ups near Raleigh

The training centre near Raleigh opened applications for apprenticeships in electrical and welding trades. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Applications close in 21 weeks. How hard is the test?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
